EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, procurement, and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with C-suite stakeholders, and shape GBS strategy and operating models for large multinational clients.

You will contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and sector-focused offerings while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement across global delivery networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience, or Master's and ~7 years.
• Experience in advisory services for finance functions and shared services.
• ERP implementations and large-scale transformation experience.
• Ability to lead teams and manage engagement economics.
