Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated sources. You will own the entire sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements while maintaining an accurate pipeline with forecasts.

Responsibilities include generating opportunities in the designated territory, conducting market analysis, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Proactive and highly motivated with a focus on new business growth.
• Experience driving revenue and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Understanding of products/services and ability to tailor offerings.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with clients and finalize service agreements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts; meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and generate exec summaries.
• Travel domestically to client sites, events, and trainings as needed.
