Qualifications

• Ability to learn PCI Commercial Services offerings.
• Excellent telephone demeanor for client contact.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently from home.
• Willingness to travel 40%+.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is required.
• Experience in outbound calling to clients or similar.
• Healthcare market interest.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in daily management of accounts and meetings.
• Research drug development companies and update Salesforce records.
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies including CROs and related fields.
• Attend client meetings and produce comprehensive minutes within two days.
• Follow up on client requests and liaise with Global BD team.
• Respond to inquiries via email, website, phone or trade shows.
• Support quarterly business review meetings logistics and materials.
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts and attend trade shows as needed.
• Coordinate PCI Site Visits and prepare slide decks and materials.
• Attend PCI Site Meetings on behalf of BD Executive when appropriate.
• Support submission of legal documents (CDAs or MSAs) to PCI and client legal teams.
