Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United States seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to manage accounts across the Southwest and beyond, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers to achieve annual sales targets.

Responsibilities include daily Salesforce updates, monthly reports, annual sales planning, event participation, and coordinating with Operations to tailor quotations and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts within sales territory.
• Achieve annual sales target.
• Update Salesforce on a daily basis detailing activity with current and prospective clients, and set up project opportunities.
• Prepare monthly Salesforce reports detailing activity with current and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Prepare annual Sales Plan.
• Participate in tradeshows, exhibits, clinical seminars and professional organizations.
• Organize and participate in customer and potential customer visits.
• Maintain knowledge of PCI's service offering, industry tech and trends, and competitor capabilities.
• Manage personal expenses to meet budgeted allowances.
• Assist Operations and Project Management with understanding customer needs and feasibility of projects.
• Assist Operations and PM with understanding project requirements so that accurate quotations can be prepared.
• Negotiation of quotations, CDAs and MSAs.
• Probe for cross-sell opportunities and forward leads; provide documents for quotes and checks.
• Lead and prepare client QBRs with internal teams as needed.
