PCI Pharma Services is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to assist the Business Development team in daily account management, prepare for Quarterly Business Review meetings, and capture comprehensive meeting notes with timely follow-up. • An interest in the healthcare market.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Powerpoint and Excel Skills.
• Experience using Salesforce.com software.
• Experience with outbound calling of any type which can include calls to customers, clients, members, alumni etc.
• Ability to drive to client sites.
• Ability to travel greater than 40% of time #LI-JM1.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Generation Manager in identifying potential global drug development targets.
• Manage and prepare for Quarterly Business Review Meetings with clients.
• Take and provide comprehensive meeting notes during client meetings.
• Directly manage smaller client accounts and support PCI BD team in activities.
• Coordinate outbound calls or mailers and geography-specific marketing campaigns.
• Attend client meetings, either face to face or via phone, and follow up on information requests.
• Support and manage submission of legal documents such as CDAs or MSAs to legal teams.
