Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to manage accounts within the Southwest region and beyond, with a focus on achieving annual sales targets through strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities include updating Salesforce daily, preparing monthly reports, developing and maintaining business relationships, and coordinating with operations to quote accurately. A Bachelor's degree and 3–10 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3-10 years related experience and/or training.
• College Level Mathematical Skills
• Full Professional Proficiency: speak, read, and write fluently on professional needs.
• High Reasoning: solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret varied instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts within sales territory.
• Achieve annual sales target.
• Update Salesforce daily detailing activity with current and prospective clients and setting up project opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports from Salesforce detailing activity with current and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Prepare annual Sales Plan.
• Participate in tradeshows, exhibits, clinical seminars and professional organizations.
• Organize and participate in customer visits.
• Maintain knowledge of PCI's service offering, industry trends, and competitor capabilities.
• Manage personal expenses to meet budgeted allowances.
• Assist Operations and Project Management with understanding customer needs to determine feasibility of projects.
• Assist Operations and Project Management with understanding project requirements to prepare quotes.
• Negotiation of quotations, CDAs and MSAs.
• Probe for cross-sell opportunities and forward leads to appropriate sales counterpart for follow-up.
• Lead and prepare client QBRs bringing in internal team members as needed.
