Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking an Events Coordinator for a 6-month contract to plan and execute marketing events. You will collaborate with PR, influencer, marketing, and creative teams to deliver impactful activations, manage vendors, and coordinate guest lists.

We value strong communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required, with a hybrid work policy supporting balance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years' experience in event planning.
• Experience with media/influencer events a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, venues, vendors, and on-site logistics.
• Drive project timelines and meet deadlines.
• Manage event branding, décor, and on-site setup.
• Source activations and collaborations with brands.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing as needed.
• Coordinate guest lists and invitations.
• Be main on-site contact for events.
• Manage departmental event budgets.
• Support HR and other departments for corporate events.
• Supervise 1–2 interns per semester.
