Job summary

Relativity seeks an accomplished Order-to-Cash leader to manage end-to-end billing operations across geographies. You will oversee contract setup, invoice generation, adjustments, and payment application, ensuring accuracy and timely revenue recognition.

You will establish global billing standards, drive process improvements, and own SOX controls for billing in a high-growth SaaS environment, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT to scale automation with Zuora and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Operations with at least 3 years in people management.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations, including O2C workflows, billing adjustments, and multi-currency/multi-entity environments.
• Strong command of billing process design and controls with scalable, accurate frameworks.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce; willingness to learn existing billing logic.
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC in a public company.
• Familiarity with AI tools to drive improvements and efficient processing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and geographies.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription company with complex billing models.
• Experience leading billing operations across multiple geographies.
• Participated in periodic accounting closes and process improvements.
• Plus: Accounting degree/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and adjustments.
• Establish global billing standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across cycles.
• Support complex deal structures and monetization models in billing.
• Ensure governance of AR operations within OTC team for efficient processes.
• Participate in month-end close entries, reconciliations, and status tracking.
• Design and maintain scalable billing processes with controls and periodic reviews.
• Assist with SOX control framework for billing operations and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain billing metrics to monitor activity and identify improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for OTC audit requests.
• Leverage AI and systems to streamline billing across Zuora, Salesforce, and related tools.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Deal Strategy to align terms to systems.
• Partner with IT, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure new billing models are workable.
• Work with IT and Finance Systems to enable automation, global scalability, and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on teamwork.
