Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Global Benefits Sales Professional for the US Mid-Market to join our MMB Multinational team. This hybrid role can be based in San Francisco or other West Coast/Central Zone offices and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

You will lead complex sales cycles, grow new business, and manage multi-million-dollar opportunities from pre-sale to handover, collaborating with Mercer and Marsh stakeholders to win multinational client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a sales director with a history of exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum of five years of consultative sales/business development experience in health and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Grow our firm by delivering new business contracts and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities, from pre-sale to handover to the Account Management Team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Mercer and Marsh to generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Establish and maintain win-win relationships with multinational companies on both regional and global levels.
