Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA) is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to design, administer, and maintain comprehensive benefits programs for domestic and international employees. You will partner with the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits to implement policies, ensure compliance, and drive program enhancements.

This role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and project management skills in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a benefits manager or related role.
• CEBS or SHRM certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of benefits programs, policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Experience managing benefits administration in Workday.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong people and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations related to benefits across multiple sites and international locations.
• Evaluate and modify benefits programs to ensure equity for all employees.
• Develop and implement new benefits programs in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to negotiate plans and resolve issues.
• Train and support HR teams on available programs.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate time off and benefits tracking.
• Communicate benefits program details to employees and maintain documentation.
• Leverage internal and external systems to improve processes.
• Build and sustain positive relationships internally and externally.
• Balance daily tactical duties with strategic leadership.
