Ladders is seeking a Global Benefits Professional to shape and execute a worldwide benefits strategy for a dispersed workforce. You will partner with senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and vendors to enhance program design, compliance, and employee experience in a dynamic international environment.

Based in New York, NY, US, with no visa sponsorship available, the role leads M&A due diligence, open enrollment, wellbeing initiatives, and ongoing benefits administration across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• Experience managing global benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and retirement plans.
• Experience leading M&A integrations and vendor management.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design benefits programs aligned with a high-performance wellbeing strategy.
• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy across multiple countries.
• Partner with senior leadership to present plan design recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across regions.
• Lead benefits due diligence for M&A activity.
• Design and implement health, retirement, and family-building programs.
• Manage ongoing partner and vendor relationships.
• Oversee benefits communications and engage employees.
• Drive innovation with AI tools and digital solutions.
• Manage end-to-end open enrollment and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
• Administer leave of absence programs.
