Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits.
• Proven experience managing global benefits programs.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Design benefits programs aligned to wellbeing strategy.
• Develop and execute global benefits strategy across multiple countries.
• Lead due diligence and integration for M&A activity and vendor management.
• Oversee benefits communications, education, and leadership presentations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
