Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Global Benefits Lead to own U.S. and Canadian benefits while shaping our global benefits strategy. You will partner with Total Rewards leadership to advise stakeholders and translate strategy into scalable programs and processes, guiding a Senior Analyst in NA, EMEA, and APAC.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast‑paced, global environment and requires experience managing brokers, carriers, and vendors across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in benefits or Total Rewards, including multinational experience.
• Strong U.S. benefits administration and compliance expertise.
• Experience administering self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans.
• Experience supporting global benefits compliance and implementations across multiple countries.
• Experience managing brokers, carriers, consultants, and other benefits vendors.
• Ability to develop scalable processes, documentation, and operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Partner with the Director to develop and execute the global benefits strategy.
• Coordinate renewals, implementations, and ongoing benefits activities with regional HR teams, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point for complex benefits and leave matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and global benefits requirements and coordinate updates from regulatory changes.
• Provide guidance to the Senior Analyst and HR Operations team for North America, EMEA and APAC.
