Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Business Development Executive to support the Global BD team. You will assist executives with account management, meeting notes, and lead generation research to identify potential drug development targets.

You will conduct outreach to CROs and device/therapy companies, prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews, manage smaller accounts, and coordinate site visits and legal document submissions with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn PCI Clinical Services offering.
• Great telephone personality for client contact.
• Motivated, positive and self-driven attitude.
• Highly organized and able to manage short to medium term projects.
• Desire to work independently and from home with travel >40%.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives in account management and meeting prep.
• Research drug development companies and update records in Salesforce.
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies, CROs, and related entities.
• Attend client meetings and prepare comprehensive meeting notes within two days.
• Support quarterly business reviews and manage smaller accounts.
• Coordinate site visits, internal meetings, slides, and legal document submissions.
