Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Life Sciences Business Development Executive to grow profitability with existing clients and acquire new customers across the Midwest and Southwest. You will engage with pharmaceutical partners, coordinate with internal teams, and drive pricing strategies within approved guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a life sciences background, strong communication, and the ability to travel for meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating pricing and contracts; confidentiality and agreements a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new clients in designated regions via email and phone.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and communicate opportunities with internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within defined parameters.
• Travel to attend sales meetings, conventions and tradeshows as directed.
• Collaborate with BD colleagues to drive cross-selling opportunities and work with the proposals team.
