JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join the Global Banking Systems Access & Entitlements team.

Based in Chicago with responsibilities spanning provisioning, risk management, and audit readiness across front office and operations. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Technology to streamline access workflows, reduce excess access, and strengthen controls while delivering audit-ready documentation and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Seasoned identity and access management, controls/risk operations, and adjacent banking/technology roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, and provisioning/recertification lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills; translate business needs into simple processes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for user alignment and system entitlements across Global Banking front office and Business Operations.
• Review and approve non- automated entitlement requests from front-office managers, enforcing least-privilege standards.
• Translate RBAC concepts into clear, business-friendly language; align stakeholders on role definitions and changes.
• Define and evolve role criteria (RBAC/ABAC), establish SD governance, remediate over-provisioning and gaps.
• Execute ad-hoc and scheduled recertifications; monitor dashboards and reports for inappropriate access.
