Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Business Management team in Chicago. You will act as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads, identify and escalate risks, and help mitigate controls.

The role is dynamic and varies with business priorities across lines of business. You will organize complex information, develop executive presentations, and coordinate cross-functional projects using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• 4 years of experience in Business Management or COO role.
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests for project management, presentations, and business analysis.
• Organize complex information with advanced design; create wireframes and mock-ups for presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Communicate with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Identify key business risks on the platform and drive mitigation of controls.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables and action plans within Risk Control Self-Assessment.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint).
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to simplify and improve business processes.
