Job summary

You will coordinate onboarding for new hires and internal transfers, ensure access and asset provisioning, and partner with business leaders to sustain a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Global Banking operations.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

• Experience onboarding and access provisioning in financial services.
• Familiarity with asset provisioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all onboarding administration for new hires and internal transfers.
• Ensure proper technology, system, and building access is set up for employees.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to Global Banking culture, policies, systems, and technologies.
• Serve as main point of contact for new hires and transfers, addressing questions.
• Order additional systems and technology as needed for employees.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and key business partners.
• Work with senior leadership to facilitate projects and daily operations.
• Assist with mass onboarding for summer interns.
• Enforce a strong control and compliance environment, mitigating risk.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding process.
• Perform a broad range of operational and support functions.
