Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all onboarding administrative tasks for new hires and transfers.
• Ensure access to technology, systems, and building is provisioned correctly.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires on Global Banking culture, policies, systems, and tech.
• Serve as main point of contact for new hires and transfers; address questions and concerns.
• Order additional systems and technology as needed for employees.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and business partners; support senior leadership projects.
• Assist with mass onboarding for summer interns; support daily operations and projects.
• Support strong control and compliance environment; identify risk mitigations.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding processes; suggest process improvements.
• Perform broader operational and support functions as required.
