WIN SOURCE, founded in 1999, is expanding its international sales team. The Sales Representative role offers a starting point to develop B2B skills, learn the electronics supply chain and grow into more senior roles.

You will identify potential customers, initiate contact, support RFQs, quotes and orders, and collaborate with sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to meet client requirements in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or customer communication preferred
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to proactively reach out to customers and follow up
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and eager to learn a new industry
• Interest in international business and supply chain

Responsabilités

• Search for and organize potential customer leads through LinkedIn and other channels
• Build initial contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn
• Follow up customer needs and support RFQ, quotation, sample and order progress
• Maintain customer information, quotes and CRM data
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams
• Continue follow-ups with prospects and existing leads to advance conversations
• Learn electronics components and supply chain basics
• Support Sales Managers with basic customer development work
