Job summary

WIN SOURCE, a global electronics components distributor, seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing and strengthen supply chain security. You will leverage your network and market insights to expand global sourcing channels and build strategic supplier partnerships.

You will manage RFQs, negotiations, and lead-time confirmations, while collaborating with procurement, quality and logistics teams to ensure supply continuity and competitiveness in international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Solid knowledge of global electronic component markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships and ability to develop new channels.
• Ability to evaluate supplier value, risks and performance.
• Strong market judgment and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of traceability, product authenticity and supply risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and maintain global electronic component suppliers including manufacturers and distributors.
• Expand sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Assess supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability, and supply interruption risk with quality teams.
• Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation, and sourcing projects.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends, inventory shifts, pricing dynamics and product lifecycles.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships to improve competitiveness and resilience.
• Collaborate with global sales, procurement, quality and logistics teams on sourcing needs.
• Optimize supplier structures to enhance supply chain flexibility and reliability.
