Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand across operating markets, shaping strategy, channel mix and creative execution to drive live, revenue-generating merchants.

You’ll tailor demand-gen playbooks country by country, manage large budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google and programmatic, partner with sales and product teams, and push AI-driven automation to scale performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong in Meta, TikTok and Google Search, across several countries.
• Ability to plan and optimise media investment with in-house buying.
• Analytical and data-driven with KPI-driven testing and scaling.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid demand generation across markets and products.
• Manage sizeable budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and more.
• Partner with country Sales to adapt playbooks to local markets.
• Build lead generation engine focusing on lead quality and GOV.
• Drive full-funnel campaigns from demand gen to brand awareness.
• Own reporting and collaborate with Sales, Product and commercial teams.
