Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead global paid media and content syndication programs. You will translate business priorities into programs that generate qualified demand and drive revenue growth, overseeing Ryze AI, 6Sense, and syndication partnerships.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to optimize targeting, conversion, and pipeline impact using analytics-driven decisions and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns at scale in B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ryze AI or similar paid search platforms; 6Sense experience valued.
• Proven expertise in content syndication program management and lead ROI tracking.
• Advanced analytics skills: pull, analyze, and visualize performance data (Excel/GA/Looker).
• Campaign optimization with data-driven decision making to improve ROI and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns using Ryze AI to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Oversee display campaigns via 6Sense with ABM data and intent signals for target accounts.
• Build and manage content syndication partnerships; negotiate terms and track ROI.
• Establish KPIs, create dashboards, and provide monthly performance reporting to leadership.
• Forecast budgets, monitor spend, and allocate resources to high-performing initiatives.
• Collaborate with field marketing, campaigns, operations, creative, and web teams to ensure alignment.
