Qualifications

- Requires at least 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation, AI implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Support automation roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Implementation & Management: Oversee deployment of automation tools within workflows.
- Optimization & Monitoring: Track metrics and improve workflows using Lean methods.
- Team & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams and enable tool adoption.
- People-care management for direct reports including hiring, coaching, and development.
- Communicate strategy and roadmaps to executives, manage headcount, schedules, and budgets.
