Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or tech transformations.
• Experience with tech transformations; B2B software/AI/cloud preferred.
• Experience leading product management, software engineering or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PDLC and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with strategic and operational project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-year Agentic AI PDLC transformation across product management, engineering and QA.
• Drive change management, executive alignment and adoption programs.
• Partner with technical leaders to assess product groups, teams and personas.
• Help design future state operating model for Agentic AI PDLC.
• Drive implementation to improve productivity, time-to-market and quality.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for decisions.
• Define transformation roadmap, milestones and KPI progress.
• Establish and run weekly governance processes.
