Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading automation, AI implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute automation and operations roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee deployment of automation tools, including RPA and selective AI solutions.
• Track metrics and continuously refine workflows using Lean and CI methods.
• Lead cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and data resources.
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and budgets across programs.
