• Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases delivering measurable value.
• Create multi-year AI roadmaps balancing innovation, scalability, risk, and operational readiness.
• Lead complex, cross-functional AI programs across business units and tech teams.
• Establish governance, operating models, risk management, and program metrics.
• Manage dependencies, resources, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
