Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Typically 12+ years of professional experience.
• Typically 8+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience managing medium- to large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Experience across multiple supply chain functions.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence programs.
• Advanced experience with analytics, reporting, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and drive end-to-end process redesign using Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, and Change Management.
• Evaluate current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support deployment of global standard processes, systems, and governance models.
• Partner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver digital solutions.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives to improve performance and decision-making.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead workshops, strategic planning sessions, and governance forums.
• Provide people-care management and career development for team members.
