Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable operations across its global entities. The role focuses on accurate cash application, currency handling, and resolving payment discrepancies while expanding exposure to Concur and AP processes.

The role combines AR responsibilities with month-end close, reconciliations, and process-improvement projects within a multinational finance environment. Remote US-based candidates are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, or misapplied cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting to resolve payment issues and aging items.
• Assist with cash reconciliations and AR reconciliations.
• Conduct Concur expense reviews ensuring proper coding and approvals.
