Zusammenfassung

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to manage accounts receivable operations across global entities, ensuring accurate cash application and resolving discrepancies. The role expands to Concur expenses, AP, and sales order reviews to prevent downstream issues.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, and process improvements while collaborating across a global Finance organization. This is a remote US position with hub considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; 2–4 years AR experience.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global Finance organization.

Aufgaben

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match customer remittances to open invoices and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Research and resolve unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and resolve aged unapplied cash and other outstanding items.
• Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Support monthly close activities related to cash and accounts receivable.
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR processes.
