Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities. You will apply customer payments, resolve unapplied cash, and assist with reconciliations while collaborating with AR, Treasury and Accounting teams.

The role also covers Concur expense review, month-end close support, and driving AR process improvements across the organization. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years AR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and other stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support monthly close activities related to cash and accounts receivable; provide reconciliations and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate AR processes and participate in system implementations.
