Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to manage accounts receivable operations across its global entities, ensuring accurate cash application and supporting month-end close. The role also involves Concur expense review and cross-functional collaboration to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environment preferred.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match customer remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Support cash-application, reconciliations, and month-end close; assist audit requests.
