Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable processes across our global entities. You will apply customer payments, resolve unapplied cash, and collaborate with AR, Treasury, and Accounting teams to maintain accurate cash postings.

Additional duties include Concur expense reviews and month-end close support. The role also covers process-improvement initiatives, with exposure to Salesforce and NetSuite, plus potential involvement in travel and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environment preferred; general understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience strongly preferred; Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volume.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, or misapplied cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to cash and AR; prepare reconciliations and schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash-application and sales-order review processes; document procedures and participate in system implementations.
