Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support AR across global entities, handling cash applications and related tasks. The role also covers Concur expense reviews, AP, and sales order checks to prevent downstream billing issues.

You will contribute to month-end close, reconciliations, and process improvements while coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a remote US setting, with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations and month-end close.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR processes; support system implementations.
