Databricks Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, to own end-to-end technical AR accounting across global balances and multiple legal entities.

The role leads multi-entity subledger consolidations within a structured preparer/reviewer framework and partners with OTC, Revenue, and Finance Transformation teams. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of AR/GL experience, AFDA/CECL modeling, SAP/NetSuite proficiency, and strong U.GAAP judgment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AR and GL accounting in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong U.GAAP judgment and ability to independently research accounting conclusions.
• Experience with AFDA/CECL modeling and monthly provisions.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP or NetSuite and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global AR month-end close and end-to-end subledger-to-GL reconciliations.
• Lead multi-entity subledger consolidations and AR management reporting.
• Develop AFDA and CECL models with audit trails and approvals.
• Drive AI-first automation to reduce manual AR reconciliations and close cycles.
• Maintain AR subledger integrity, flux analyses, and variance explanations.
• Support SOX controls, audit readiness, and interaction with auditors.
