Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, to own end-to-end AR accounting across global balances and multiple entities.

You will lead multi-entity subledger consolidations and collaborate with OTC, Revenue, and Finance Transformation teams to scale processes using an AI-first approach. You will drive AFDA/CECL models, balance sheet integrity, and SOX controls while partnering with Billing, Cash Applications, and FP&A to ensure accurate AR reporting and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AR/GL accounting experience with month-end close ownership.
• CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to research and document conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global AR month-end close and prepare reconciliations and roll-forwards.
• Model AFDA/CECL; monthly provisions and approve write-offs with audit trails.
• Identify and drive AI/automation opportunities in AR processes.
