Databricks Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, to own end-to-end AR accounting across global balances and multiple entities.

This senior contributor will drive subledger integrity, reconcile AR to GL, and lead mult-entity close within a structured preparer/reviewer framework in collaboration with OTC, Revenue, and Finance Transformation teams. Qualificações

• 6+ years in AR and GL accounting with month-end close ownership.
• CPA and a degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong U.S. GAAP judgment and ability to document conclusions regarding receivables, revenue recognition alignment, accrual cut-off, contract assets/liabilities, and expected credit loss methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global AR month-end close with reconciliations and reports.
• Model AFDA and CECL, prepare monthly provisions.
• Drive AI/automation in AR workflows and improve accrual accuracy.
• Maintain AR subledger integrity and variance analyses.
• Support SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Billing, Cash Applications, Revenue, FP&A, and IT.
• Partner on SAP and systems implementations to standardize processes.
