Databricks Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, to own end-to-end technical AR accounting across global balances and multi-entity subledgers.

You will drive month-end close, AFDA/CECL modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across OTC, Revenue, and Finance Transformation teams with an AI-first approach to scaling processes. Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive AR and GL accounting experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong U.S. GAAP judgment and ability to independently research, document, and defend accounting conclusions relating to receivables, revenue recognition alignment, accrual cut-off, contract assets/liabilities, and expected credit loss methodologies.
• Proven ability to operate independently with high autonomy, producing clean, reviewer-ready workpapers within a preparer/reviewer/approver framework.

Responsabilités

• Own Global AR month-end close with end-to-end subledger-to-GL reconciliations and AR reporting.
• Model AFDA and CECL: monthly provisions, write-offs with audit trails, ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead AI and automation adoption across AR workflows using Databricks and LLMs.
• Maintain AR subledger integrity, flux analyses, and period-over-period movement schedules.
