Databricks Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable to own end-to-end AR accounting across global balances and multiple legal entities. This role requires strong US GAAP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration within OTC, Revenue, and Finance teams.

You will lead monthly close for Global AR, AFDA/CECL modeling, and drive AI automation adoption to scale receivables processes while maintaining audit-ready subledgers and balance sheet integrity.

Formación

• 5+ years in AR accounting or financial close roles.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under US GAAP.
• Experience with AR close cycles and reconciliations.
• Experience with AI/automation in finance processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AR month-end close for global balances.
• Model AFDA and CECL; track provision and write-offs with audit trails.
• Lead AI automation initiatives across AR workflows with analytics.
• Maintain AR subledger integrity and provide management insights.
• Support SOX controls and audit requests.
• Collaborate with Billing Operations, Cash, and Finance teams.
