Job summary

Databricks Inc. in San Francisco is hiring an Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, to own end-to-end technical AR accounting across global balances and multi-entity subledgers.

You will partner with OTC, Revenue and Finance Transformation teams to scale an AI-first automation roadmap while ensuring an audit-ready subledger. Responsibilities include the monthly AR close, AFDA/CECL modeling, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, and driving automation of reconciliations and accruals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AR and GL accounting in a mid-to-large org.
• CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own global AR month-end close and reconcilitations.
• Model AFDA and CECL, provide monthly provisions.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives for AR workflows.
• Maintain AR subledger health and balance analyses.
• Support SOX/internal audit readiness and docs.
