Databricks is seeking an Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, to own end-to-end AR accounting across global balances and multiple entities. You will lead multi-entity subledger consolidations and drive a high-ownership close in a fast-growing AI-driven environment.

You will model AFDA/CECL, partner with OTC, Revenue and Finance Transformation teams, and spearhead AI-enabled automations to improve accuracy, close times, and controls. CPA preferred; 6+ years AR/GL experience required.

Competenze

• 6+ years AR/GL accounting with month-end close ownership.
• CPA strongly preferred; degree in accounting/finance required.
• Experience with subledger-to-GL reconciliations and AFDA/CECL.

Mansioni

• Own global AR month-end close with reconciliations and reports.
• Model AFDA and CECL, prepare monthly provisions.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives in AR workflows.
• Maintain AR subledger integrity and variance analyses.
• Support SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Billing, Revenue, FP&A and IT teams.
