Cloudera in the United States seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact, global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will drive governance, analyze portfolio and sales data, and synthesize insights for senior leadership.

You will partner with FDEs, AI specialists, and sales to optimize go-to-market plans, track KPI progress, and deliver scalable processes across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex, ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Analytical thinking using CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders with a clear executive storyline.
• Familiarity with enterprise data, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• DriveGlobal Governance & Operating Rhythms: establish and manage the global AI organization's operating rhythm across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel: track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks: build analytical frameworks and prioritize top accounts.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics: define KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy: align GTM with AI infrastructure partners and revenue models.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: design scalable processes for tracking allocations and productization across teams.
