Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will be the strategic and analytical backbone behind field motions, prioritizing initiatives across strategic accounts and establishing governance rhythms with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data management platforms, hybrid cloud architectures, data lakehouses and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud subscription, consumption-based, or product-led growth models, tracking workloads from pilot to production.
• Experience supporting enterprise commercial or technical teams across global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Note: Candidates without direct immigration sponsorship may still be considered if they show long tenure supporting commercial or technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish, evolve, and manage the global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI across regions.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through the AI adoption funnel stages.
• Create analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Evaluate ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and scalable processes for delivery across sales and engineering teams.
• Develop segment analyses and business cases to inform investments and headcount decisions.
