• Experience with USFDA-regulated markets.
• Proven track record handling large client accounts and global alliances.
• In-depth knowledge of API market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall API sales strategy and execution across international markets (US).
• Drive business development, revenue growth, and market penetration in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with global pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to align sales objectives with compliance and supply capabilities.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies with global clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
• Manage global sales P&L and revenue forecasts.
• Mentor a team of senior sales professionals.
