Job summary

Develop Health is seeking a Pharma Sales Director in the United States to win and grow partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and their brand teams. You will carry a quota, run deals from first conversation to signed agreements, and expand pilots into new brands within the same manufacturer.

You will collaborate with product, operations, data, and engineering teams, and travel about 50% for client meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

5+ years selling to pharma manufacturers.
Closed complex manufacturer agreements end-to-end.
Understanding how manufacturers buy across brand, market access, and patient services.
Experience with HUB workflows, benefit verification, prior authorization.
Consultative selling with data and ability to present to VPs.
Willing to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

Win new accounts: Source and qualify manufacturer opportunities and build relationships across stakeholders.
Run the deal: Own end-to-end process from discovery to signature, build business cases and pricing.
Grow existing accounts: Identify new opportunities within live manufacturer accounts and ensure successful go-lives.
Work across the company: Provide market feedback to product/ops and help build sales materials.
