Job summary

Lonza seeks a commercially driven Senior Manager, Sales – Pharma Solutions to join its Global Pharma Solutions team. You will drive pipeline growth, expand strategic customer relationships, and support commercial success in oral and inhaled drug product development and manufacturing services.

You will serve as the primary commercial lead for late-stage and commercial pharmaceutical customers, collaborating with technical, operational, and project teams to deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years selling to pharma CDMOs or in pharma development.
• Proven ability to grow strategic customer relationships and hit sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development, GMP, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth and expand strategic customer relationships.
• Lead commercial effort for late-stage and commercial pharma customers.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with Lonza's objectives.
• Manage accounts, expand existing business, and ensure customer retention.
• Lead business reviews and cross-functional collaboration to ensure success.
