Responsibilities

• Schedule air shipments and coordinate bookings with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time dispatch, transit and delivery.
• Communicate with customs partners and regulatory agencies for compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Carrier teams to resolve issues.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly air-shipment activity reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customs, brokers, and FDA for import/export traceability.
