Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a Global Supply/Planner Coordinator in Sparks, MD for a 12+ month contract. This hybrid role requires 40 hours/week with an average of 2 days in the office. Pay rate is $20-25/hr on W2, with US citizens or GC holders preferred and locals only.

The incumbent will coordinate EU MDR-related supply planning, work with Regulatory and Global Planning, and support the Global Supply Chain Team to ensure optimal service levels across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in monthly MDR coordination meetings to monitor Production, Supply, and Transport Tables and communicate changes to Plants and Supply Chain Teams.
• Identify EUMDR-related master data discrepancies and coordinate with regional supply chain to resolve.
• Monitor inventory and orders to ensure smoother EUMDR transition.
• Identify SKUs and plants in transition of MDD/MDR.
• Coordinate with Regulatory and Global Planning the transition data readiness for every S&OP cycle.
• Validate the Planning dashboard is updated monthly with MDR cutover dates and dual manufacturing strategy confirmation.
• Centralize updates on the Planning dashboard in case of modifications requested in the Monthly Business Review.
• Monitor for changes and/or creation of Production Supply Compliance table from the Planning Dashboard.
• Mass Upload Production Supply Compliance table in SAP SCM.
