Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Sparks, MD (On-Site). The role handles greeting truck drivers, processing shipping documents, and coordinating air shipments while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating trailer movements, producing shipment reports, and supporting import/export activities as needed. The position offers a steady day schedule, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime and pay at $20.00/hour (W2).

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating shipping operations and documentation.
• Bills of Lading (BOLs) processing experience.
• Ability to coordinate air shipments and carriers.
• Familiarity with SAP/PGI transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist truck drivers professionally upon arrival.
• Coordinate trailer movements and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and related paperwork.
• Schedule air shipments and coordinate flight bookings with carriers/freight forwarders/3PL partners.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time dispatch, transit, and delivery.
• Support import/export coordination (customs/brokers/regulatory partners as needed).
• Process shipments with carriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS/Express Mail) and assist with required export documentation when applicable.
• Operate within business systems (ERP/TMS/WMS); support accurate transaction processing (SAP experience a plus—PGI transactions mentioned).
• Produce routine shipment activity reporting and maintain organized records/files.
• Assist other distribution/office functions as needed during urgent coverage situations (breaks/absences/vacations).
