Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate air export documentation for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate cargo pickup and monitor status.
• Communicate with export-related authorities, customers, and suppliers.
• Manage carrier and vendor rates and obtain spot rates when needed.
• Correspond with overseas agents and clients for rate requests and shipment updates.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and agents.
• Create and maintain customer files and perform invoicing approvals.
• Audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
